I ordered a set of retainers before and was so impressed with Cheeky, I regretted not getting the subscription plan.
I reached out to Cheeky and they offered to bill em for the subscription plan and use my impression on file so I did not have to redo them.
There was a minor issue with the first retainer (a small notch at the top). It wasn't a big deal, but kind of annoyed me. I reached out and Cheeky fixed it and shipped the modified retainer after I paid for the subscription plan. The new retainers look perfect! You can tell they are truly dedicated to top notch quality and a leading example of stellar customer service.

My old retainer is cracked. It costed $250 at office. So I tried this, it is not bad so far, even tighter than my old one. Top is new one , bottom is my old one

I opted for the hard retainer, which for my surprise was extra thin. Compared to the one I got from my dentist it felt very fragile, but it has been good so far. Definitely something that I would have done sooner if I knew about it. Like the dentist guards, I wish mine had a bit more coverage to it, and I can feel the mold cut behind the tooth with my tongue, so I wasn't very happy with that.
